All of the following positions are required for multi shift operations unless stated otherwise:
 
Dairy Laboratory Technicians -Must have milk and dairy products testing experience.
 
Milk Evaporator and Spray Drier Operators -Must have current pasteurizer operator license.
 
Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Technicians - Experience with food and dairy equipment preferred.
 
Experienced Boiler Operators
 
General Factory Personnel -Milk powder bagging, cleanup and warehouse duties.
 
Clerical Personnel - Day work only.
